These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline how you may access and use any digital products, resources, templates, or services purchased from Jo Follows / The Word Woman (“we”, “us”, or“our”). By purchasing or accessing any of our products (including Inbox Icebreaker or Ideal Client & Marketing Clarity Sessions), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
What You’re Buying
You’re purchasing a digital product (in the case of Inbox Icebreaker) or recorded sessions and custom deliverables (in the case of Ideal Client & Marketing Clarity Sessions). These are delivered via email or accessed through secure platforms. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive access to the product, either by instant download or follow-up email instructions.
Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed securely at checkout. Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that they’re instantly accessible, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued. How You Can Use the Products
You are granted a non-exclusive, non transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business use only. You may not: share, resell, or redistribute the content; copy or adapt the templates for resale; use our content to create a competing product; or present our work as your own. This applies to the raw product files and any ChatGPT-generated content using the prompts provided.
Intellectual Property
All content, templates, prompts, designs, and resources are the intellectual property of Jo Follows / The Word Woman. You may not claim ownership, redistribute, or use our content beyond the terms outlined above.
Liability
We make every effort to ensure our content is helpful, clear, and accurate — but we can’t guarantee specific results. You accept full responsibility for how you use the product. We’re not liable for any outcomes, loss of business, or missed opportunities that may arise.
Support & Access
If you have trouble accessing your product, please contact us at hello@thewordwoman.co.uk and we’ll get it sorted. For the Ideal Client & Marketing Clarity Sessions, replays are available for download. Please download them within 14 days of receiving the link to ensure long-term access.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products and services implies acceptance of the most current version.
